After 8 years of owning and operating our own business in the service industry, we took the opportunity to come to Alaska and fulfill a long time dream. We and our 3 children; daughter, Jaesee and sons, Kannen and Rushton, live in Anchorage. Jared holds a degree in Mortuary Science from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, CO. He enjoys coaching his boy’s basketball and baseball teams, playing basketball, fishing, softball and meeting new people.

Brittni has her Associate of Arts Degree from Utah State University. She enjoys camping, reading, dancing, scrapbooking and meeting new people. She helps manage the funeral homes and oversees all accounting, HR and marketing.

Jared and Brittni introduced the company Legacy in 2007 bringing 7 longstanding individual funeral homes under one statewide banner.
