Northern Lights Mortuary and Memorial Park was opened in 1962 and is family owned and locally operated. Northern Lights is the only endowment care memorial park or cemetery in the Interior.

We at Northern Lights provide services for all faiths and backgrounds. We provide families with excellent service while holding ourselves to the highest professional standards. From the initial notification that a death has occurred to the final graveside prayers and beyond, the staff and funeral directors at Northern Lights are there to assist the family in every step along the way.

Our emphasis is to create a meaningful, respectful funeral service that is custom fit to each family’s individual wants, needs and budget. A funeral is a service of worth, a rite of passing, a ceremony for those one leaves behind to afford them a chance to say good-bye while remembering and celebrating the importance of a life that has been lived.

We provide a wide array of services, including; burial services, cremation services, monument sales, as well as preplanning services with our licensed directors.

Our new Cremation Garden will be opening in the summer of 2009 and will be offering an array of cremation choices for families.
