Patty Largen, Adminstrative Assistant Patty was born in Skagway, Alaska and has lived in Fairbanks for 30 years. She and her husband Dean have 3 grown children; Lisa, Angela and Erik and a cat named Felix. Patty grew up in Seattle, Washington and graduated from Shorecrest High School in 1976. She followed her high school sweetheart to Fairbanks in 1977 where they eventually married and made their home. Patty loves her job because she loves assisting our families during this very difficult time. She is able to offer a compassionate word, a listening ear or even just a small hug, all of which mean a lot to her, as well as those who receive them. She has been serving families for over 13 years. Her special interests include spending time with family, attending hockey games (her son is a back-up goal tender for UAF Nanooks) and she is an avid walker and gardener in the summer. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church and is involved with local youth hockey organizations. |
